When i was Dubai, i didn't practice myself to pray lot or spend time with God. I always work and work. Sundays is a working day over in Dubai so i had no chance to learn or listen to the Gospel in Church. I realize that my faith and is not strong because I open fear and anxiety in my life more in Dubai than here in M'sia due to lack or wisdom and knowledge of God So I come across this verse in John 7:38 "he who believes in Me, as the scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water".
I was also been taught in Church that, because we want to be Christ like and if I have the fear in life, I have to proclaim and repeatedly saying, " I have the Spirit of Love, Peace, Joy and sound of mind. We all do need that in our life, because is Love, peace and Joy. Without it we can't be in Peace, love and Joy.

How can I Cope with Stress
My Life is a lot of stress, stress with family, stress in work, stress with myself, stress with people around me telling me negative words...and the list goes on. In today's world is virtually impossible to avoid stress. Many of us find increasingly difficult to simply survive in the world that is living in now. I find it difficult too. Then i remembered last Sunday at church my pastor was talking about overcoming certain sickness like stress, oppression and depression, so i learnt something about stress how to overcome.
Jesus Christ was constantly under pressure. There were grueling demands on His time. He rarely had personal privacy. He was constantly interrupted; people repeatedly misunderstood Him, criticize Him and ridiculed Him. He had enormous stress which would have caused any of us to cave in.
But you see the of Jesus as you picture Him, He never in hurry, He always at ease. He had calmness about His life that enable Him to handle enormous amounts of stress. How did He do it successfully? He knows who He is. Jesus said, "I am the way, the Truth and the Life".
Everyday people either live by priorities or live by pressure. There is no other option. People decide what't important in their lives or let others to tell each one another what is important in their lives.
Here is how Jesus responded." I must preach the good news of the Kingdom of God to the others town also, because that is why i was sent Luke 4:43. He refuse to be distracted by less important matters. When i've got 30 things to do in my desk, i will clear my desk and work on one thing. When i finish that, i pick up something else. You can't catch 2 jackrabbits at once. You've got to focus on one. That's how i was working on.
The other way to get rid of stress is to make an habit of personal prayer. Jesus still wakes up early in the morning, while it still dark and went toff to a solitary place to pray,Mark 1:35. Prayer is a gigantic stress reliever, its is God given tool to let off our anxiety. No matter how busy Jesus got, He made it a practice to spend time with God. If Jesus can spend time to God in prayer while he is busy,how much more can we prayer to Jesus when we need it? I'm still practicing to wake up and pray and still not perfect but have to because if we need something from , only Jesus will give. Just like how out body need food everyday, the same thing Jesus need our prayer everyday.
I always ask my self, What do i need? I remember someone saying to me,when i was in great stress, If you've never committed you life to Christ, you need a transformation. Give your life with all its stress to Him and say, "Lord, please give me a new life. Replace the pressure I feel with the peace you offer. Help me to follow Your principles of stress management". I believe Christ is the stress reliever.
Sometimes, waiting for the right person too long also can be stressful, but I learn that in John 14:27, "Peace i live with you, peace i give you, not as the world gives do I give to you, Let not your heart be trouble, neither let them be afraid".

Anger
Hi Readers,
Back then my youth time, i was an angry person. Anger for small things. I used to get frustrated and depress and i just didn't like my life, i hate it so much and slowly the anger grew from there after my last break-up, i used to be very lonely and depress. I don't like talking to anyone and i didn't like anyone to talk to me. I don't know why and i don't understand why such things are happening to me. From such loneliness i got angry always.
So one day my mum brought to a Prayer House, it's a very nice big house, big space to plant so much of plantations and fruits and i was amazed to see the house. As i enter in i can feel something so peace and so warm inside and a sister came to me and prayed for me. I felt something empty like a heavy load was taken away and i felt to relief. I continue to speak on tongue and seek the lord for help.
I would like to share, it's not that we human are perfect. I do still have anger, but not so intense or wild, i will be angry if something goes wrong or someone did something. In a relationship, if your bf / gf lied to you, you get angry and you scold him / her. The bible tells us " Be angry and do not sin" Ephesian 4:26. I believe not everyone is angryhas automatically done wrong. Some anger is justified. But note that every case is involves being angry at sin. Sin ought to anger Christians, but we must control our response.
Some psychologist encourage people to "vent" their anger, If husband and wives become angry, they are supposed to say whatever they think, because "it get it out of the system" or "release tension". The tell us to allow even little children to throw tantrums,. scream and call parents nasty names.
In Proverbs 29:11, 20. A fool vents all his felings, but a wise man hold them back. Do you see a man hasty in his words? There is more hope for a fool than for him.
The problem with anger is that it may lead us to lose control of our conduct and lash out others with foolish words or deeds that are intended to hurt others and may regretted later, By contrast, a wise man will control himself. even when he is angry.
The Bible teaches is that our words and deeds are controlled by our thoughts. we must learn to control our thoughts and emotions, because harboring sinful thoughts will lead us to sinful nature. Proverbs 4: 23 and Matt 15:18 - I got emotional problem.. trying to get rid of.. :P

I have learnt a lot about anger. In Ephesians 4:31,32, Not all anger is sinful, Verse 26, but we should put away anger that is associated with bitterness, clamor, evil speaking, and malice. It is the opposite of kindness, tenderness and forgiveness. Verse 32.
Anger is sinful when it lead us to lose control so that, instead of being helpful to others, we become abusove, saying evil words and hateful things intended to hurt them.2 Corinthians 12:20
I have stop mingling with such people cause they can lead you to corruption to turn you in Evil ways, if you weak you will turn to bad things but if your strong in heart and mind and soul the Holy Spirit it self will shut your door to such people like them. My door has shut, now am peaceful, happy and now praying and seeking God will lead me to the right man that will teach me and Love me like how Jesus Love me.

Obedience
The Lord said "i am the Presence in your midst. I am thr anoiting that is upon you. I am the ministry and the gift of the Spirit that is within you. You are My body, My hands, My feet, My eyes,
My ears, My mouth, My heart. You are My word, My will, My way made menifest in the world, Because I live, you live, Because I love you, Because i obeyed, you obey.
I am trying to obey God's way and majoring my faith level to be strong and clear minded with peace in the Lord's love. I know he Love me because i love Him very much. The Bible teaching
and giving good example about Abraham. How did Abraham obey God and follow his way and do what God said. God is a covenant keeping God. He never breaks His Covenants. He makes sure He
Keeps His covenants with His people and He expects His people to take them seriously. God's covenants are always everlasting and He blesses all in the generation to comewho would obey and keep
Covenant with Him. Once God makes covenants with man He keeps it forever.
As a child we obey our parents and do the things they wanted us to do. And is an important area to walk with Christ with obedience. Even God has said to obey your parents. When i was young, i find it so hard to listen to my parents i did't like to things which the want me to do and i like going my way, i like to choose who i want to be with and friend with and i mingle too much with the people in the world and i was once a good dancer, we performed a campaign for NO DRUG, we won 2nd place and after that week i got my 1st ankle pain so terrible i could walk. I did not understand why all the sudden happen that way. I suffered, went to my uncle house to pray, my uncle can see vision and while he pray he can tell what is good and bad. He has this gift from God, so he prayed for he, and he anoint me with olive oil and my uncle told me " you not suppose to dance or walk in your ways, Obey the Lord and seek him, what He want to do". At that time i did not understand, why? and what is that all about, i don't understand. So i continue my own ways and continue to do things on my own, and one day i was into a lot of trouble with my friends they turn my back and ditch me for who i'm.. i realize slowly i can feel the feeling of hapiness is departing from me.. i had no peace to study, to work, my friends that i help them so much, they are not responding to my calls and smses or my voicemails.. i feel hopeless and desperate because of loneliness. Then my attitude change to listen to my mum, and she told me to attend church regular and seek the Lord and praise him. So i went to this Pentecost church, where they are so strong in worship and they just keeps on praising the Lord 24/7. There God gave me a gift, a gift which i will only speak to God and to the Holy Spirit, is the gift of tongue. I came out very happy and all my burden was taken away, i cast upon the Lord.
Till today i am only seeking Jesus and not on men to my problem. In fact i'm also praying for my life partner, an honored person, love his wife like his own and treat me the same like how he treat Jesus.
A person can only be secure in God when he knows that he is bonded in covenantal relationship with God. Its the most reassuring to know that God promises and undertakes to keep His promise until every detail of promise is fulfilled. He is a Personal God who binds Himself to the covenant and to us as we chose to Love, Trust and Obey Him.

Dear People-in-prayer
All glory and praise to our great and awesome God for another exiting year!
God has truly favored over all the world. We can see that in the natural nation has advaced so mush,but what about the Kingdom of God?
Our purpose here is to see the Kingdom of God advance. I goes to the Prayer House and its a House of Prayer, it's a big bungalow lot and most of the people comes in for intercession and prayer needs. We are the warrior of prayer where we pray for the coming of the Lord and before he comes, we have committed to God to pray for the whole nation to seek God and prepare themselves for His coming fast. May we seinre a mighty move of the Spirit of God bringing salvation to all nation and to the people of Malaysia through our intensified prayer and fasting.
Unless we, the people of God, obey His word in 2 Chronicles 7:14 "If my people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land". Many will slip into a Christ-less eternity.
Jesus Himself said not everyone who calls "Lord Lord" shall enter into the Kingdom,but only he who does the will of the Father in Heaven ( Matthew 7:21). If the righteous are scarcely saved,where will the unrighteous be? ( 1 Peter 4:18). This is why I have such a deep burden for souls. Beloved, let us take heed and make our call and election sure ( 2 Peter 1:10).
Many of us do not realize the intensity of the battle. Revelation 12:9 and 12 warns us that Satan has not only deceived the whole world but has also to come with great wrath knowing that he has a very short time. He is determined to devastate lives and property.
The daily news is evidence: Fire in Greece and California, floods in Japan and in Mexico, typhoons, hurricanes and cyclones, vices, violence, freak accidents, thefts, murder, kidnap, rape and the list goes on. All these have caused much fear and anxiety. There is no place of security and safety except in the presence of the Lord. I goes to Prayer House to learn how to cast out Demons from tempting and disturbing our lives.
We need to lives as sons of God, separating from the worldliness, living holy lives and destroying the work of the Devils. We need to enter into His rest and experience perfect peace even in the midst of the fiercest trouble and persecution. Yet many are not able to enter into that place of rest promised to us in Hebrews 4:11- because the unbelief and failing to cease from our own works.

Faith
Hi there... today Sunday morning I went to church with my mum. I had a great time with God. And today i would to share with you about Faith. Issue of Faith is very important to Christians. It's like a switch to your spiritual life. With that Faith, Jesus will provide our needs.
Jesus said, "you people of little faith", means you don't me. Faith like a trust, that someone will be there for you when you need them. You cannot see Him (Jesus) but he is there right behind you, when you fall he will catch you. He (Jesus) saying Trust the Lord, have Faith in the Lord. He is there for you.
Matthew 6: 30-31 "now if God so clothes the grass of the field which is today and tomorrow is thrown in the oven, will he not much clothes you. oh you little faith". 31.Therefore, do not worry about what shall we eat of drink or what to wear. Fot your heavenly Father knows that you need them. In Matthew 8: 24-26 " And suddenly a great tempest arose on the sea, so that the boat was covered with the waves. But He was asleep. Then His disciples came to Him and awoke Him, saying, “Lord, save us! We are perishing! But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm". We are in the same boat, we are with Jesus in our journey in life with Storms and thunders, you will be worried and anxious, i don't blame you. But in Matthew 8:26 says, y are you afraid, Oh you little faith?, the measure of anxiety is the reserve of you faith. If your afraid and have little faith, either you don't have faith. If you worry and have little faith, either you don't have faith. We are to watch and pray the area of your worrying, fear and anxiety. Because Fear and Anxiety can cripple you Faith.
Luke 8: 48, And He said to her, “Daughter, be of good cheer;[c] your faith has made you well. Go in peace.” When you have Faith, you can touch Jesus's Glory. When you're sickness and infirmity, when you have the Faith you can receive Jesus's Healing. I have notice most believers they lack of Faith because they have more fear, worries and anxiety. The moment you receive Jesus as your personal savior, you already receive Faith. But some Christians don't know and they keep on moving their lives in the worldly system.
Ephesians 2:8, For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. Both Faith and the Grace is the Gift of God. God gives us the Holy Spirit to each one of us and the gift of speaking in tongue to converse with the Holy Spirit. In 1 Corinthians 12:9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit". See its gives us Faith. The more we are closer to God, the more our Faith level is. God's Faith is intimate. Faith the fruit of the Holy Spirit, when the Holy Spirit works in our lives, Faith becomes a fruit-means our personality, our character. To have this Faith it comes by the Word of God - The Bible. Keep reading the word of God, that is the only way to have peace to get rid of fear, worrying and anxiety. For the word of God is Living and powerful. In Hebrew 4:12, For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
In Matthew 17:20, So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief;[d] for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you." Jesus saying, because if little Faith, you cannot cast out DemonsJesus said Fast and Pray, without Faith you cannot please God. He is the reward of those who diligently seek Him. So most of us to diligently to seek Him is to Fast and Pray.
In Daniel 9:3, Then I set my face toward the Lord God to make request by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes.
Pray for yourself to receive Faith and ask the Holy Spirit to anoint you with his fresh oil from Heaven to give you strength and peace of mind.
Amen!
